ARMEN
PRINCIPAL, CREATIVE LEAD
In 2010, Armen Varadian founded AMVCreative combining his marketing agency experience and skillset with his entrepreneurial drive. For over 14 years, Armen has led AMVCreative in producing video, web and graphic design solutions for clients of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500’s.
Armen brings over 20 years of marketing agency and new media experience to AMVCreative, having worked at some of Boston’s top firms such as Arnold Worldwide and Cramer. He leverages his extensive video, interactive and design background to offer a unique blend of services to clients nation-wide and across the globe!
Surrounded by an accomplished and talented creative team, Armen’s role remains hands-on and central— building valuable relationships with each client and bringing his creative passion and expertise to each project that comes through the door.
More About Our Founder...
In addition to his creative work at AMVCreative, Armen has also contracted his camera and technical services to leading global networks such as ESPN, ABC, CBS, NBC, and Paramount for major live broadcasting events.
Armen holds a degree in Visual Arts and Writing from the College of the Holy Cross, and a Creative Studies concentration in Filmmaking from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Outside of work, Armen is a proud husband and father of two, a former NCAA Division I athlete in track & field and soccer, as well as a former member of the Armenian National Olympic Team from 2004-2009 in the Winter Olympic sport of Skeleton—while still working as a full-time designer in Boston! This athletic “alter ego” has helped shape his vision for AMVCreative, valuing discipline, teamwork and desire to always achieve at the highest level.
NICOLE
PARTNER, BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTS
Nicole Varadian joins AMVCreative with over twenty years of experience in sales, project management, strategic marketing, operations and event coordination—ranging from higher education to the ad agency world. Nicole’s broad expertise will enhance the success of AMVCreative’s approach for each individual client. Nicole is at her best when she is using her strategic and interpersonal skills to help solve problems and drive growth for her team and clients.
Nicole loves the collaborative process and entrepreneurial nature of working at AMVCreative and with small to mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.
Nicole has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Assumption University and received her MS in Communications Management from Simmons University.
